Return & Refund Policy

At JK Mart, we are committed to ensuring our customers in the USA, UK, and worldwide are satisfied with their purchases. Please review our policy below regarding returns, damages, and refunds.

1. Return Period

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Process

To start a return, you must contact us at jkmartoffical@gmail.com.

Important Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the sender address listed on the shipping label (our global fulfillment center). We will provide you with a specific return address once your request is approved.

3. Damages and Issues (Immediate Resolution)

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at jkmartoffical@gmail.com immediately with:

  1. Your Order Number.

  2. High-quality photos or a short video showing the defect/damage. We will evaluate the issue and, if verified, we will send a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund.

4. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Custom products (personalized items or special orders).

  • Personal care goods (beauty products, skincare, or intimate apparel) for hygiene reasons.

  • Items purchased during "Final Sale" or "Clearance" events.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
