At JK Mart, we strive to provide the fastest shipping possible. We are proud to offer FREE tracked shipping to our customers in Saudi Arabia (KSA), USA, and the UK.

1. Shipping Cost

• Standard Tracked Shipping: FREE on all orders.

• Processing Time: 1–2 business days.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

We prioritize our local and international customers with the following delivery schedules:

Note: Delivery times for KSA are faster due to our local fulfillment partners. For USA/UK, we use global express lines to ensure efficiency.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your package's journey through our website's "Track Order" page.

4. Multiple Shipments

To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, orders containing multiple products may be shipped in separate packages. This is common in our global sourcing model and does not affect your free shipping status.

5. Customs & Import Duties

• KSA: Orders are generally delivered door-to-door. Any VAT or local handling fees imposed by Saudi Customs are the responsibility of the customer.

• USA/UK: Customers are responsible for any import duties, though most small personal orders are exempt.

6. Address Changes
